Four places to turn

  • ConnexOntario answers at 1-866-531-2600 at any hour, in confidence and at no cost; a text with CONNEX goes to 247247, and connexontario.ca has a chat window.
  • Inside the casino, the PlaySmart Centre has staff from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and from 11 a.m. until midnight Thursday through Saturday; its line is 519-752-2950.
  • My PlayBreak is OLG's program for stepping away from every Ontario casino: 3 or 6 months, or anywhere from 1 to 5 years, with no early end once it starts. Sign-up runs through the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098, staff on site or a PlaySmart Centre.
  • BetGuard at betguard.ca, run by iGaming Ontario, lets a person opt out of every regulated Ontario online gambling site, OLG.ca included. Terms are 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or a custom term, and it does not cover land-based casinos.

A limit

A limit for the evening

Two decisions come before a name goes on the list, the queue for a seat: a stop time and an amount. The poker room's posted closing time is 4 a.m. every day of the week, whatever stop time a player chose. A meal break, 45 minutes off the table with at most $25 from the stack, is a natural moment to check both. Times can change with demand and holiday hours are not published: check the casino's page on greatcanadian.com or call 519-752-5004. The room, like the whole casino, is for people 19 and older.

This guide is written and signed collectively as the Level Two desk, named after the floor the poker room is on. No page carries a personal byline. Facts were checked on October 14, 2026, against Great Canadian's pages for the casino and its poker room, OLG's casino list and Ontario sources. Times are Eastern time, as the casino posts them.

Scenes on the pages are generated images with no people in them. The one photograph of the building is by JFVoll on Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 4.0. The site has no forms, comments or accounts and keeps nothing about readers except the colour theme chosen in the open browser tab. Paid links, marked Ad, appear on the home page only and lead to one private online casino partner that pays a commission.

Is this guide part of the casino?

Brantford Casino Level Two is independent and is not the site of Elements Casino Brantford or Great Canadian. It takes no bets, keeps no poker list and has no accounts.
